Village-to-Village Treks: Embracing Culture in Nepal
Experience authentic high-altitude mountaineering without the typical risks of being tent-bound for days or weeks on end. Climb Lobuche East, a 6,000m Himalayan peak, with Fresh Tracks Trekking and Photography – a challenging yet achievable climb suitable for anyone with average fitness levels and a passion for adventure. Unlike a Denali climb, you'll spend most of your time trekking on trails, staying in cozy teahouses, and enjoying mild weather and conditions. The climb itself takes only one long day, involving rock scrambling, glacier travel, and steep snow climbing to reach the knife-edge summit ridge. At 20,000 feet, Lobuche East stands higher than just about any peak in North America, providing a truly exhilarating and memorable mountaineering experience.
